I’ve just swiped this book from my Mum and it’s a definate must read. Now I’m only half way through but I can already tell it’s going to be really inspiring.
I love the trailer, I reckon it’s going to be very moving.
I’m always really nervous about books that are made into films because I really get disappointed that it just doesn’t live up to my expectations. In fact, some of the most popular re makes of books I really just can’t watch.
The Help is out in cinemas right now so let me know what you think.
This trailer has been playing in Blockbuster for ages and ever time it comes on I stop to watch but have been so busy that I’ve saved it for a reward for all my hard work. It was so worth the wait, this film is definitely not to be missed.
Although I’m not a big fan of Angelina Jolie she does a great job as the mother who looses her son. I followed the case of missing Madeline McCan very closely and was fascinated about how missing persons were dealt with in the 1920s.
This is such a sad and traumatic film and is even worse when you realise that the film is based on a true story. I did have a little weep and even my boyfriend enjoyed it. It’s a one to watch!!
Wow this is a typical cheesy Disney film, but not in a good way. The whole story line couldn’t have been any more predictable. There was an over protected father plot that could have been humorous but was just annoying. There wasn’t even any eye candy to make up for it, I didn’t even make it to the end of the film. I have posted the film cover just so you can avoid when you go DVD hunting.
My sister and I had a girlie night out last night, we went to oggle at the gorgeous Zac Efron. The story line was pretty similar to Freaky Friday but it was actually quite funny.
It did take a while to get into it but once it got going we did have a bit of a chuckle at it. Plus I couldn’t quite get over how old Matt LeBlanc looked. Only if you’ve seen everything else on at the cinema would I recommend it. Most definitely aimed at younger girls.
